Ms YU Shuk-fong, Marianna, the Registry Manager has been selected to receive the Ombudsman’s Awards 2024 for Officers of Public Organisations in recognition of her exemplary performance in providing quality customer services and handling complaints.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the 2024 “Partner Employer Award” in recognition of our contribution in offering internship to students. This is also the second consecutive years for us to receive the “Partner Employer Award 5 years” logo for supporting the programme for 5 years.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the “Best SME’s Partner Award” for 16 consecutive years and this is also the seventh consecutive year for us to receive the Gold Award in recognition of our support and contributions provided to SMEs. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 27 June 2024.

The Companies Registry continued to be awarded the 15 Years Plus Caring Organisation Logo this year in recognition of our commitments and contributions in caring for the community, our employees and the environment for over 15 years. We have been awarded the recognition as a Caring Organisation for sixteen consecutive years since 2008-09.

The Best Service Award for 2023-24 was presented to the New Companies Section in recognition of its efforts in providing service on “Registration of new companies - local companies - delivery in electronic form”. The result of the Best Counter Staff Award was also announced.

Mr LEUNG Yi-ngai, Michael, Companies Registration Officer I of the General Registration Section has been selected to receive the Ombudsman’s Awards 2023 for Officers of Public Organisations in recognition of his outstanding performance in providing quality customer services and handling complaints.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the 2023 “Partner Employer Award” in recognition of our contribution in offering internship to students and received the “Partner Employer Award 5 years” logo for supporting the programme for 5 years.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the Gold Award under the “Privacy-Friendly Awards 2023” in recognition of our efforts in promoting the protection of personal data privacy.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the “Best SME’s Partner Award” for 15 consecutive years and this is also the sixth consecutive year for us to receive the Gold Award in recognition of our support and contributions provided to SMEs. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 27 June 2023.

The Companies Registry has been accredited as a Manpower Developer in recognition of our outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the Social Capital Builder Logo Award in recognition of our achievements in building social capital in Hong Kong from 2020 to 2022.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the Bronze Prize of the Excellence in Service Enhancement Award (Small Department Category) in the Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme 2022 organised by the Civil Service Bureau. The Money Lenders Section of the Registry has also won the Bronze Prize of the Excellence in Team Collaboration Award (Regulatory Service) in the Scheme.

Ms LEUNG Pui-shan, Cindy, Assistant Registry Manager, and Ms WONG Yan, Companies Registration Officer I of the Customer Services and Management Division have been selected to receive the Ombudsman’s Awards 2022 for Officers of Public Organisations in recognition of their outstanding performance in providing quality customer services and handling complaints.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the “Best SME’s Partner Award” for 14 consecutive years and is glad to receive the Gold Award for five consecutive years in recognition of our support and contributions provided to SMEs. The Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 6 October 2022.

Over the past few months, the Companies Registry had deployed staff members to take part in various anti-epidemic operations, including a Restriction-testing Declaration operation, contact tracing of COVID-19 confirmed cases, and packaging of anti-epidemic service bags.

We have been awarded the recognition as a Caring Organisation for fourteenth consecutive years since 2008-09.

In an effort to support the community in the fight against COVID-19, the Companies Registry Volunteer Team held a fundraising activity to procure personal protective equipment for distribution to people in need.

Mr Christopher HUI, the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, paid a visit to the Companies Registry on 8 May 2020.

The Companies Registry has been awarded the Meritorious Award in the Departmental Service Enhancement Award (Small Department Category) in the Civil Service Outstanding Service Award Scheme 2019 organised by the Civil Service Bureau.

Ms Michelle LI, JP, the Permanent Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Financial Services) (PSFS), paid a visit to the Registry on 22 November 2019.

Miss YAU Oi-sum, Nancy, Deputy Registry Manager, was awarded the Secretary for the Civil Service’s Commendation Award in recognition of her exceptionally meritorious and consistently outstanding performance.
