Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.
On a smartphone or a tablet, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in (i.e. to enlarge) and pinch close to zoom out (i.e. to reduce) everything.

A. General
Third Party Software Interface (“TPSI”) is a System-to-System interface to support software developers/suppliers to transmit/upload data by Application Programming Interface (API) of their software.
You must first register as an individual account user of the e-Services Portal (www.e-services.cr.gov.hk) and subscribe to the e-Filing Service. For details on user registration, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on “User Registration and User Account Association” and the demonstrations at the e-Services Portal.
You may make reference to the Third Party Software Interface API Specification (“the TPSI Specification”) for the development of third party software to produce Web-form in the pre-defined format which is capable of interfacing with ICRIS of the Companies Registry. The TPSI Specification is available under the “Home > Useful Information > Download” at the e-Services Portal.
No. TPSI is a System-to-System interface to support software developers/suppliers to transmit / upload data by Application Programming Interface (API) of their software. If you do not use the third party software, you can simply complete the relevant e-forms online by function at the e-Services Portal.
No. You may develop your own software which is compatible with the TPSI Specification or purchase the software from a vendor.
IT professionals of customers and software developers can perform compliance tests at the TPSI testing environment to verify their software against the TPSI Specification. B. Registration of TPSI Users
After login to the e-Services Portal, you can select [Filing > TPSI > TPSI Client Registration > TPSI Registration], read and accept the Terms and Conditions for using the TPSI of e-Filing Services, and input the New Password for TPSI Login. A message confirming your registration will be displayed online for your records.
Yes. You can deregister to use the TPSI service if you no longer wish to submit data of the specified forms through the TPSI. After login to the e-Services Portal, you can select [Filing > TPSI > TPSI Client Registration > TPSI Deregistration] and acknowledge the message on the consequences of deregistration. A message confirming your deregistration will be displayed online for your records.
C. Payment
No. Registration is free of charge.
No. You do not need to pay for using TPSI service. You only need to pay relevant incorporation or registration fees for the documents submitted through the TPSI.
No. You can conduct tests at the TPSI Testing Environment free of charge.
Registration fees (if required) for documents submitted through the TPSI will be deducted from your deposit account. Users who submit documents through the TPSI must either have a deposit account or shared company deposit account(s) at the e-Services Portal. For details on creation and maintenance of deposit accounts, please refer to Part D – Fees and Payment of the Frequently Asked Questions on “User Registration and User Account Association”.
D. Interface through TPSI
Two-level security measures are adopted at the e-Services Portal to protect the integrity of the data submitted through the Internet. First, a customer has to register and be authenticated by the e-Filing Services of the e-Services Portal before using the TPSI service. Secondly, the entire submission process is protected by an industry standard protocol such that the data submitted through the Internet will be encrypted before they are sent to the e-Services Portal.
