Clare analyses your inputted texts and tries to understand your needs and look for suitable information about incorporation and major statutory returns of local limited companies. Given the great variety of enquiries and limitations of machine learning, Clare’s response may not be always correct. We will strive to improve Clare’s accuracy by learning the suitable answers to various questions through conversations with users.
Clare has been trained to help users find information in relation to incorporation and major statutory filing of local limited companies (such as annual returns, changes of company name, registered office address and particulars of directors and company secretaries). Other questions, such as questions on electronic search services and deregistration of companies are currently outside Clare's service scope. After acquiring more knowledge, Clare will be able to assist you in looking for information in a wider scope.
Clare supports textual interaction with users. You can use the voice-to-text function of smartphones and tablets to communicate with Clare.
Clare supports traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English. Users can choose different languages with the language menu at the top right hand corner of the dialog pane.
