Best Service Award
The Best Service Award is organised to assess the level of customer satisfaction with our services. The Award for 2024-25 was presented to the Public Search Section in recognition of its efforts in providing service on “Online search on the internet - supply of image records of documents for download”, which obtained the highest satisfaction score in the Customer Service Survey 2024. The award was presented to the winning team on 19 December 2024.
Best Counter Staff Award
The Best Counter Staff Award is organised to encourage courtesy and efficiency in the delivery of service and compliment our counter staff for their excellent performance. Onsite customers visiting the Document Management Section, Public Search Section, New Companies Section, Charges & Liquidation Section and Registry for Trust and Company Service Providers were invited to vote during the award contest held in November 2024. The awards were presented to the winners on 19 December 2024. The winners for the respective sections are as follows:
