Documents relating to share capital - Forms NSC1 and NAR1
Incorrect amount of share capital i.e. issued or paid up capital
Examples -- the amount of paid up capital stated in the Statement of Capital in a Form NSC1 or in section 10 on Share Capital in a Form NAR1 is greater than the amount of issued capital reported;
- the amount of paid up capital is incorrectly stated as greater than the issued capital
- the amount of issued capital in a Form NAR1 does not match with the record in the Registry's database.
Advice:
Always update the Company's share capital information in its own records after each change and check this information from your record before reporting any other changes to the Companies Registry.
