In August 2023, WAI CHEONG (CHINA) LIMITED (CR No. 1006017), HUIYI TRADE CO., LIMITED (CR No. 1160939), CHINA YANGJI CO., LIMITED (CR No. 1217271), HONG KONG JIANYE GREENTECH HOLDINGS LIMITED (CR No. 1233383), TSGE ELECTRONICS (HK) CO., LIMITED (CR No. 1333853), SHENZHEN SNOOWEL TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (CR No. 1405221), NEW HONGKONG INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CO., LIMITED (CR No. 2444817), HONGKONG YUANZHANG MOULD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (CR No. 2619401), 3UNRISE (HK) LIMITED (CR No. 3140878), ETERNITY HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED (CR No. 787848), VEEBEL CO., LIMITED (CR No. 860645), HONGKONG AOTIAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (CR No. 2386473), YINGKOU LIYUAN REFRACTORY MATERIAL CO., LIMITED (CR No. 2718489), HONG KONG SHUNDA BUSINESS SECRETARY LIMITED (CR No. 2834444) and HT MACHINING LIMITED (CR No. 2870835) were prosecuted by the Companies Registry and each of them was convicted of 4 counts of charges at the Eastern Magistrates 'Courts under sections 628(1), 641(3), 648(3) and 653M(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to keep the register of members, the register of directors, the register of company secretaries and the significant controllers register at its registered office. Each of the companies was fined $16,000.
