Shortcut
If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.
On a smartphone or a tablet, you can simply pinch open on the screen to zoom in (i.e. to enlarge) and pinch close to zoom out (i.e. to reduce) everything.

In October 2022, TOP RUBY INTERNATIONAL LTD. (CR No. F30735) (“the Company”) was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts under section 776(2) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to apply to the Registrar of Companies for registration as a registered non-Hong Kong company within one month after the establishment of a place of business in Hong Kong. A fine of $33,200 was imposed by the Court.
