Shortcut If you browse on Companies Registry (CR) Homepage on a desktop computer, a modern web browser will allow you to hold down the Ctrl key (Command key on a Macintosh) and press the + or - key to increase or decrease the text size, and 0 to go back to the default size.

In February 2019, MY FAIR BEAUTY LIMITED (CR No. 1931404) (“the Company”) was prosecuted by the Companies Registry and convicted at the Eastern Magistrates’ Courts under section 610(1) of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 622, for failing to hold annual general meetings for the financial years 2016 and 2017 within 9 months after the end of the relevant accounting reference periods. The Company was fined HK$4,000 for each charge and a total fine of $8,000 was imposed by the Court.
