The Companies Registry has signed Cooperation Agreements with a number of Mainland authorities to enhance communication and cooperation relating to registration of companies and enterprises and promote closer liaison.

Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality

On 6 December 2010, the Registrar of Companies attended the '2010 Hong Kong / Shenzhen Cooperation Meeting' and signed the Cooperation Agreement with Mr. Xu Youjun, Director-General of the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality.

Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce

On 20 and 21 October 2011, the Registrar of Companies led a delegation to Beijing to attend the '15th Beijing Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium' and signed the Cooperation Agreement with Mr. Cui Jianli, Director-General of the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
